European Conference And Cooperation Exchange On Sustainable Energy Systems 2005

The event consists of the following modules, which should generate for the participants a maximal benefit:

SCHEDULE
The Conference will be held as a four day event, starting on Wednesday 5th October 2005.
The Congress structure is based on practically oriented plenary sessions and poster exhibitions as well as cooperation talks on renewable energy.

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
Authors wishing to submit their contribution should sent their abstracts to the congress office not later than April 30st, 2005. Abstracts should not exceed one A4 page and should contain title of paper, author(s), affiliation(s), address(es), phone and fax numbers as well as e-mail address(es).
Notification on acceptance of abstract with instructions for manuscript preparation will be sent to the authors by May 31th. Printable manuscripts are to be sent to the congress office not later than September 9th, 2005.

PLENARY SESSIONS
General topics of the plenary sessions are best practice examples of European power, heat and polygeneration plants in operation, RES (Renewable Energy Sources) & RUE (Rational Use of Energy) in buildings, the situation of RES and RUE in the new EU countries and financing and funding instruments.

BROKERAGE EVENT
The brokerage event is an exceptional opportunity to meet other innovative companies, research organisations and public administrations active in the field of renewable energy through personal one-to-one meetings to discuss a possible form of co-operation for research, license, production and distribution agreements. The meetings are planned in accordance with the wishes of the participants and on previously selected matched technology profiles from the renewable energy event catalogue.

SCHEDULE DEADLINES
5th September: Submission of technology profiles.
22th September: Selection of personal one to one meetings from the event catalogue.

CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The official languages of the congress and the Cooperation talks will be in English.

ADDITIONAL EVENTS
In addition to the technical program, there will be also optional different technical tours.
